Job Description

Zipdev is looking for a talented Software Engineer with experience in React/Javascript development to join our remote team and collaborate with a US-based client. Zipdev is searching for experienced front-end React developers to help our current team expedite enhancements to our Invent product. This product allows courseware developers create and update cutting edge online training for the Airline industry. This position will include working with our existing team to create feature enhancements to UI/UX, as well as internal logic to drive the application. If you are a creative problem-solver, have excellent communication skills, and are passionate about delivering quality software, we want to hear from you.

This is a 3-6 month project with high possibility of extension.


  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality front-end code using modern React frameworks
  • Collaborate with team members and clients to identify and solve complex technical challenges
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
  • Write comprehensive technical documentation and perform code testing
  • Stay current with emerging trends and best practices in front-end development
  • Work effectively with remote team members to ensure project deadlines are met
  • Maintain a high level of quality and performance in the software development process


  • 7+ years experience
  • 5+ years React/JavaScript
  • Experience with TypeScript
  • Knowledge of Vite/NPM/Yarn
  • Knowledge of Context/Dispatch/Reducer practices
  • Knowledge of state management
  • Knowledge of useEffect
  • Knowledge of memoization
  • Knowledge building custom hooks
  • Experience devising and creating unit tests
  • Experience with source control (Git preferred)
  • Experience with Jira/Atlassian products
  • Experience creating and using JSON objects
  • Excellent English skills
  • Currently living in Latin America


  • Work Remote Monday – Friday, 40 hours a week (no weekends)
