Job Description

Hotel managers are responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of hotel operations. They ensure quality guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.

Hotel managers are in charge of staff recruitment, training, and supervision, as well as financial management and budgeting. They collaborate with various departments, such as housekeeping, food and beverage, and front desk, to ensure smooth hotel operations and guest satisfaction.


• Manage and supervise hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage teams.

• Develop and enforce hotel policies and procedures. • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and quality.

• Ensure efficient guest check-in and check-out processes. • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.

• Oversee sales and marketing activities to maximize hotel occupancy and revenue.

• Prepare and manage hotel budgets and financial plans.

• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure necessary goods and services.

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.

• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.


• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field.

• Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role.

• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

• Strong understanding of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage.

• Good financial management and budgeting skills
