What will you do?

• Own the entire relationship with clients.

• Address client inquiries, concerns, and technical issues promptly and effectively.

• Deep dive into customer queries to understand the root cause of the problem and communicate problem to the relevant team in a structured way.

• Develop and maintain customer success strategies and best practices as well as customer support content.

• Have an in-depth understanding of our products.

• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to better understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Ideally 2+ years of experience in Customer Success.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

• Deadline and detail-oriented approach.

• Proficiency in spoken and written English
