As a Client Success Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of the clients and the overall growth of the company’s online education course business. You will primarily focus on onboarding new clients, providing guidance and support throughout their journey, and managing various aspects of their daily operations. Your expertise in managing projects and clients, along with your ability to develop action plans and execute strategies, will be instrumental in helping clients achieve their goals.

Responsibilities include:

? Leading clients from start to finish, familiarizing them with the company’s business principles and strategies.

? Onboarding new clients via Zoom, exuding high energy and reinforcing their decision to join PMU Launch.

? Collaborating with clients to develop action plans and software to drive their activity.

? Conducting overview calls and reviewing client messages with their prospects, providing valuable feedback for course correction.

? Analyzing and troubleshooting clients’ sales and marketing value chains to help overcome constraints.

? Monitoring clients’ progress in the program, ensuring timely completion of the material.

⏰ Conducting weekly check-ins on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each client.

? Tracking client success using the company’s offboard tracker.

? Documenting all client interactions, including metrics, call reviews, and message reviews, using Trello.

This is a full-time role requiring availability from 7 AM to 4 PM EST (or alternatively, 6 AM to 3 PM EST), with a minimum of 4 hours of overlap with the team and customers in the US Eastern Standard Time Zone between 8 AM and 5 PM. Additionally, during weekends, you may be required to work 2-4 hours per day for urgent tasks. Please note that this is a high-performance position in a dynamic company, and PMU Launch is only seeking individuals who are smart, ambitious, and bring value to the team.
