Job Description:

We are seeking a driven Client Services Coordinator, who will work collaboratively with our business development, client delivery and consulting teams. Our Client Services Coordinator is at the forefront of our client relationships, helping to transform new sales opportunities into successful projects.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • You will collaborate with our business development team to understand client needs and assist in the creation of detailed Statements of Work (SOWs) to define project scope, objectives, timeline and deliverables.
  • Work closely with Client Leads and HR to ensure efficient staffing of consultants on projects.
  • Act as a liaison between the business development, client project teams and finance to facilitate project handoffs and updates.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to assist in business development efforts.
  • Leverage multiple software solutions to manage sales leads and project staffing.
  • You’ll successfully onboard new clients and projects. 
  • Act as a liaison between the consultants and the Creative team for any client project requests.
  • Generate miscellaneous reports and ad hoc updates.

Why we’ll love you:

  • You will have a degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting or equivalent experience or 5 years of relevant experience.
  • You have 3 or more years of experience in the professional services industry, with an understanding of consulting/agency business practices.
  • You have previous experience in sales, sales support or administration.
  • You have business acumen and a solid understanding of full lifecycle sales processes.
  • Experience drafting/editing contracts, agreements and/or statements of work.
  • You have a strong understanding of internal communications audiences, trends and opportunities along with corporate communications channels.
  • You have exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • You’re known for your collaborative spirit and have a proven ability of efficient, thorough and timely work.
  • You have experience using CRM software and project management tools (we use Hubspot and Parallax).
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • You’re comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Location:

This position is remote at this time. Pivot is a flexible workplace, but that flexibility is dependent on our client needs. Some travel to team onsite meetings may be required.
